Math: Place value: we are working on writing a number in a pictorial form, expanded form, standard form, and Hundreds, tens and ones
Spelling words:who, now, people, my
Spelling pattern/phonics: or words
Writing: We should be starting our sentences with capital letters, not put random capital letter, and putting punctuation at the end of a sentence. I have started taking off on our spelling tests and our writing. To practice at home, have students practice writing sentences with spelling words: using good handwriting and correct structure.
Science/Social Studies: Space: the day/night sky, constellations, the moon

- We have 19 kiddos in our room. You may address valentines to : your friend (this will make passing out cards a little faster)
- We will make Valentine bags in class
- you may start sending Valentines cards starting Feb. 10th
